Challenges

Despite increased marketing spend, Zupee struggles with low brand recall and lags behind Winzo in brand awareness. Additionally, inconsistent messaging due to frequent changes in slogans and brand ambassadors weakens consumer retention. Limited market access further restricts growth, as the lack of strong partnerships reduces visibility and transaction ease.

Methodology

The study utilized surveys with 700 respondents to assess demographics, behavior, and brand perception. FGDs with 75 participants explored cognitive and emotional triggers, while ethnographic research observed real-time user behavior to identify key motivators and pain points.

Challenges

The study identified various customer challenges, including dissatisfaction with specific services, delays in resolving queries, inconsistent communication, and a lack of awareness about IEX's complete range of offerings. Additionally, customers faced difficulties navigating digital platforms and understanding billing mechanisms.

Methodology

The study employed purposive sampling, engaging a diverse set of IEX customers from multiple sectors. Structured questionnaires were used, and data collection was conducted through a combination of telephonic interviews and online surveys.
